Hokey Pokey Lolly!

Today I will be showing you how to make hokey pokey, YUMM! This recipe is really easy and is super delicious.
INGREDENTS:
- 5 Tbsp White Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Golden Syrup
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- Chocolate Buttons (optional)
METHOD:
Grease a 20 x 20cm slice tin with butter. Then place sugar and golden syrup into a heavy- based saucepan. Heat gently, constantly keep stirring until sugar dissolves. Increase the heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 2mins, stir if necessary to stop burning. Remove from the heat and add baking soda, stir quickly when adding - the mixture froths up when baking soda is added.
Pour into prepared tin quickly, add chocolate buttons if you want and leave to cool in the fridge. Later Enjoy!:)
