Tortilla Chips (makes 30

Ingredients:
2 Large Lebanese flat breads (wholemeal optional)
2 tsp extra Virgin Olivie Oil
1/2 tsp sea salt flakes
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180c (350f).
2. Line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
3. Using a Pastry Brush, brush 1 side of the flatbreads really lightly, with oil.
4. With a sharp knife or Pizza wheel slice them in to chipped size wedges.
5. Place the Wedges oil side up, on the prepared tray sprinkle with the salt.
6. Bake for 3mins.
7. Wearing oven gloves, swap the tray positions in the oven.
8. Bake for another 3mins or longer until the wedges are crispy and golden.
9. With oven gloves on, remove the chips from the oven allow them to cool on a tray.
10. Enjoy!
